Anthony has been actively working in professional kitchens for nearly 20 years in addition to good old fashion home-training from the age of 3. For over 10 years, Anthony has worked at some of Denver’s most well known and beloved restaurants.

Anthony was named one of Marcus Samuelsson’s Chefs to Watch.
